MEDICAL PATIENTS (WITH SYMPTOMS)
We are medical practice and co-pays (usually mentioned on your insurance card) are charged at the time of initial and follow up visits.
COSMETIC PATIENTS
Cosmetic patients (without symptoms) pay $50 for their consultation visit. This cost goes towards self paid subsequent treatments if patient decides to proceed with cosmetic treatments like sclerotherapy or skin laser within 30 days from the day of initial visit.
